Not only was their price better than any other company we looked at but the guys that installed it were very intentional and kind and took the time to answer all my questions including being patient while I went back and forth on where I wanted the wire put in on our driveway. They did an excellent job. Completed the job on the timeline they said. And even spent time helping us train our dogs then and there. I would highly recommend this crew!

We have roughly five acres of fence going under the driveway, through the woods and slew surrounding our home. We have owned the Pet Stop system for 7 years or so. We previously had an Invisible Fence system giving us a chance to compare quality, services and warranties. I already knew I wanted something better than another IV system and found Pet Stop. PS is local and family owned.
Addy lost her Pet Stop, collar in the woods one fall. A replacement was programmed and replaced within 24 hrs for a fair price. I found the original collar in the spring. PS credited me the loner/replacement collar because I found the original collar within 6 months.

Hidden Fence did an amazing job! They were super friendly and easy to work with. They asked questions to make sure the fence was exactly where I wanted it and were efficient during the installation. You could hardly notice where they put the fence lines. Our dogs have learned quickly and love the freedom of playing outside whenever they want. They no longer run towards other dogs or people on the sidewalk. We love our Hidden Fence System!

Working with Hidden Fence of Minnesota was an all around great experience! Not many companies go above and beyond in customer service in the ways they did. They were with us every step of the way with training and equipment set up as needed. We started training late in the fall and there were no problems over winter but, once spring came the equipment needed to be tweaked due to much more dog traffic in the walk ways, at the front of the house. A contractor installing fiber optics broke the wire not once, but three times, yet Hidden Fence came to make the repairs and didn't even charge the careless contractor. One day it was raining miserably and Hidden Fence still came to make the repair! I can't say enough good things about this great group of people and their care of pets. They also offered financing which made it easier on our budget. Highly recommended.

Bought a new home and moved in the middle of winter. Needed a fence for my 8 month old puppy (non-listening)! Called them, not even thinking they could install in the winter! They came out almost immediately, gave us our options and scheduled the install. They came back as promised when the ground thawed and finished the job. Great service, timely, professional and helped create a safe sanctuary for the dogs. Highly recommend!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I just need to give a shout out to Mike, the service director. He texted me back immediately when my system didnt seem to be working. I sent him a photo of my system, to his direct phone , and within minutes he had all my answers! Because it is 4th of July holiday weekend, he said the office would not be open, but the owner Bruce always watches the phones to help people during non office hours. I said thank you!!!! The folks at Hidden Fence of Minnesota (HFM) were friendly, professional, helpful, and very flexible. We rescheduled our appointment to have our invisible fence installed a few times. The folks at HFM were extremely flexible about this change. We asked for three different zones in our yard because we have a small dog and need to keep an eye on her at all times. There was no hesitation to make this happen on the part of HFM. There was a part of the fence that didn't reach to the house giving our pup and escape route. HFC came to fix this within hours of our request. They helped us with programing and made a few additional visits and took questions via phone with no additional charge or hesitation. We are very pleased with HFM and would highly recommend doing business with them.

I am so glad that we went with Hidden Fence of Minnesota for our invisible fence system. Everything was great from the quoting process, installation, training, and long term use of the product. The ability to let our dog out to do his “business” and get some fresh air without fear of him leaving the yard has relieved some of the stress of dog ownership. And the ability to let him out easily has meant more yard time for our dog which he really appreciates. Also the app is really user friendly.

We finally pulled the plug on an invisible fence and I decided to trust Hidden Fence. From quote to install to training, everything was easy and low-pressure. I appreciated their quality customer service and quality installation. The installer was willing to run the wire in a specific way across my driveway to avoid an extra cut, which I appreciated. Hidden Fence of Minnesota installed a fence on our property about three years ago. We recently developed a problem, called them, and they came out same day to check it out. The technician, Kenny, was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He quickly determined that the fence was not originally installed properly and Hidden Fence of Minnesota completely reinstalled our fence as warranty work.

Love this company! Almost 4 yrs since installation, not one issue until this past May, which had nothing to do with Hidden Fence. We relocated to Minnesota from Illinois and we wanted another Pet Stop system installed because it works so well with our dogs. I reached out to HFOM and they were super responsive. I had a quote that same day which fit our budget. I worked with Bruce and his team to schedule the installation. They were very flexible on dates and times. A short walk around the property and the installation started. It was simple and minimally invasive. The only indication that HFOM was even there were the flags in the yard. This system is worth every penny (and so much cheaper than traditional fencing). The after sale aupport has been awesome and they frequently follow up to see if there are additional needs. He was able to send me a quote right away after the call and the customer service is phenomenal. They send informational videos and follow-ups which I really like. We hesitated to put in an electric fence but our dog was too sneaky and was going under our fence. She quickly learned her new borders with hidden fence and we do not need the fence turned up high. I rescued two large dogs after Hurricane Ian went through Florida and brought them to Minnesota. They needed space to run and play safely and with Invisible Fence of Central Minnesota I don’t have to worry. Sam took care of everything on his visit and he was friendly, courteous, kind and professional. He explained and proceed till everything was completed! The dogs can now run around an acre and play outside in safety. I highly recommend this company for your pets!

Having just gotten a new "wandering" puppy and we were in desperate need. Hidden Fence were super. After the install, the training support people were in constant contact to verify we were on track. Hidden Fence does not just install and forget you.

Wish we would have done this sooner. We have 3 dogs - 2 wouldn't stay in the yard - they do now! We had a lot of questions as we were very skeptical it would work as our dogs were not new to the property and all of a sudden they have borders. The flags are the key. Hidden Fence was/is very responsive and patiently answered all my questions. Now I just go to the video library if I need a refresher on the remote or somethig.
