It was a pleasure working with Matt. As first-time homebuyers, it felt very re-assuring to have him be so thorough thru-out the house; and he was happy to answer our questions during the process. The report was also articulate and well laid-out, which will be helpful for us, as we work to correct some of the issues that were spotted on the/around the property.
I would happily recommend Heartland and Matt to fellow homebuyers!
