Nick was thorough and deliberate in his inspection of the house we are purchasing. He paid attention to every detail and made sure we understood what he saw by walking us through with him and sharing many photos along the way. 1. What did you like about Brett? Brett made the inspection very informational. He provided us with tips, ideas, and what to look for while maintaining our first home. He also made sure we felt comfortable asking any and all questions.
2. Heartland's customer service? Fantastic. Our first inspection was denied by the seller due to an issue and Heartland was able to get us rescheduled right away. Even requested that Brett started a little early due to the restrictions of the home seller.
3. Would you recommend us? Highly recommend Heartland. I am glad that my realtor team uses such a wonderful company.
