Chris Meronuck was the inspector for my possible home-to-be, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. He is thorough and meticulous, with a keen eye for details that comes from years of experience. He spent about two hours inspecting the property before I arrived. When I joined him, he was warm and kind, and walked me through the house and his report notes step by step. He described each aspect technically and in layman's terms, answering my questions thoroughly to make sure I understood what he had found. It was clear that the inspection wasn't just something on his to-do list — I could tell that he had a vested interest in my safety, my investment, and my overall quality of life should I buy the home.
