Brett Cook is a star. I asked a lot of questions and he was incredibly kind and explained things in a way that I could understand. I was very comfortable with Brett and it usually takes me a while to feel that way about people. Its important to trust someone who is doing an inspection for you and I trusted Brett almost right away. I really hope you can do something special for him, he was that great! I'd hang out with Brett, he was that awesome!

Nick Koenig was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He answered all our questions and address all of our concerns. Absolutely fantastic experience.

I was unable to make an appearance at the inspection due to work constraints but my realtor was present for the final hour or so. Nick called me before he left the inspection and went over all pertinent issues, answered all questions I had regarding necessary updates, and provided useful insight about certain updates I had in mind for the future. The only reason i am completing this review is that he was so good.
The complication of this review app is unnecessary and will confound feedback for your less than perfect inspectors.

Chuck walked us through everything, and had helpful hints to maintain the home and general safety as well. Fully recommend to anyone buying a home.

Overall, I was happy with the inspection and the level of service provided by Heartland Inspections. Matt did a thorough review of the house and provided a well-written report with important items highlighted. I would have liked to receive more detailed explanations about items I was unfamiliar with, either in person or in the report, but that is a minor critique.

Matt was an excellent inspector. He was friendly and incredibly thorough. He was talkative and engaging without being distracted and the made sure to explain everything to me in terms that made sense. I would go with Heartland again, and request Matt, should I need another inspection.

We had our inspection with Chuck and he was wonderful! Took the time to explain everything to us no matter how small or insignificant the question/concern was. He also took pictures of anything we had questions about so we could remember and have documentation. He walked us through everything he had done before we got there and offered to go through it again and then told us everything he was planning to do and what he was doing at that time. He also made sure we understood the next steps and that we should absolutely reach out to him if we had any questions/concerns still. We've only had to do one other inspection on our previous home, but he was by far and away the best inspector we could have asked for. Thanks Chuck!

Chris Meronuck was on time and prepared. I was able to ask him any questions and didn't feel silly about what I was asking. He provided a very complete report. The customer service was great also. Easy to sign up for the inspection online and confirmed by phone. Yes I would recommend to others.

We worked with Chris on this inspection. He was really great and accommodating to us. He offered us the opportunity to follow him around if we wanted or to just hang out and start planning out the furniture arrangements in the house (which my wife took full advantage of). He was very transparent and informative about what he was seeing. He was very friendly and respectful of our time.

Nick seemed to have been very thorough with his inspection and spoke in terms that my wife was able to understand. The detailed report will be very useful in allowing us to plan future expenditures and projects.
