The inspector was thorough, professional and very helpful about answering my questions and explaining the report.

The process from start to finish was easy to use. I appreciate that Chris called me the morning of the appointment. When I opened my report, I was pleasantly surprised to see my realtor's photo. That was a nice touch. I like that the report had photos. Chris was great to work with. He was thorough with his explanations and very personable. He was pleasant and easy to talk with. I was present from the beginning of the inspection and my first impression of Matt was that he was very personable. He walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. Chuck was amazing. He was so thorough and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately he found a serious safety concern and was very close to getting pretty injured. So glad he is ok.
