Every interaction that I had with Heartland was excellent. Our inspector, Brett, was incredibly knowledgable and very friendly and he did a very through job with the inspection and was more than willing to answer all of our questions and point out things that were better/typical/worse than other old homes similarge to ours. The property report was pretty detailed and included pictures of basically every item covered. I would absolutely choose and recommend them in the future.

The inspector was great. Filled me in on everything that is, could be, or is a concern right away, then walked me through what to do to fix the issues. Great inspector would use again in the future.

I showed up for the last little bit of the inspection and Brett walked me through his whole report. He made sure that if I had any questions that he was available to help.

Nick from Heartland Inspection was super nice. He walked me through and explained everything. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I throw at him. He was also really thorough and inspected everything in the house; the windows, mechanical room, plumbing, bathroom, garage, all appliances, pretty much the whole house. On top of everything he was even 30 minutes early to the appointment. I would recommend him and Heartland Inspection to everyone.

Our inspection was very thorough and detailed, and we were thankful that our Heartland inspector encouraged us to be present throughout the inspection and freely ask questions. Our inspector was very knowledgable and experienced with the important issues of home ownership and he took pictures of everything we saw and discussed for future reference. Later that same evening after the inspection, he sent us a detailed analysis of what we had seen a few hours earlier. We used Heartland Inspections for a duplex we just purchased and we were extremely happy with the entire experience from the prompt and professional booking of the inspection to the very thorough and complete inspection itself. I appreciated our inspector, Brett taking the time to explain any concerns he had with the home in clear terms providing information about why he was concerned and what it meant for us as prospective owners. We had a family member whom is a general contractor and has been to hundreds of home inspections and he said he was very impressed and had never been to such a well conducted inspection.
