Healthydaes Naturopathic Medical Center is an excellent medical practice because it deals with the holistic human system and gives very thorough feedback providing an equally thorough evaluation of what it is that may be your particular nutritional and/or biochemical issue. The patient gets a complete picture in multiple ways to understand exactly what is going on with her/his body and how to plan to improve on mind, body and spirit in an individually-mapped out program.
It was easy for me to see exactly what may have needed supplemental support and/or lifestyle changes that could fit into my personal schedule. Accountability was key; so checking-in on us was very supportive. Mindfulness was important and helped to remind you that self-care is also key to elevating good health. Dr. Dae's recipes and video modules also were very helpful to give good tips and doable nutritional ideas. I especially liked the fact that Healthydaes incorporates Dr. Dae's medical and naturopathic knowledge and helps one think of the whole self not just its separate parts. Our body the machine has many parts that have to work in concert with each other or we don't work well out of sync.
