Dr. Dae is a very knowledgeable doctor in the field of homeopathic remedies, vitamins and overall health. I worked with her years ago and I remember her informing me about a lot innovative ways to care for and improve my health by taking vitamins with the right bio efficient nutrients needed to help run and fuel my body.

I was very satisfied with the care and attention I received from Dr. Jones. I felt I could trust her judgement. She took time.

Healthydaes Naturopathic Medical Center is an excellent medical practice because it deals with the holistic human system and gives very thorough feedback providing an equally thorough evaluation of what it is that may be your particular nutritional and/or biochemical issue. The patient gets a complete picture in multiple ways to understand exactly what is going on with her/his body and how to plan to improve on mind, body and spirit in an individually-mapped out program.
It was easy for me to see exactly what may have needed supplemental support and/or lifestyle changes that could fit into my personal schedule. My appointment to see Dr. Days was a follow-up to her promotional dinner. I initially was interested mainly in getting an assessment of health status. The only concern I had at the time was high cholesterol and I noticed my waistline had increased. After my term with Dr. Day and the menu she prescribed, My cholesterol level dropped and I was able to fit into my clothes more comfortably and I felt more comfortable and healthy. My energy level was also better. For the last several years, since my term with Dr. Day, I have maintained a plant-based lifestyle which I think has improved My overall well-being.

Dr. Dae is amazing,. I developed frozen shoulder in early 2023, and went to several doctors, including an orthopedic doctor, to figure out what was going on. Both doctors said something to the effect “we don’t know.” I had the chance to talk to Dr. Dae, and she shared with me that frozen shoulder can be a symptom of perimenopause. What a revelation! Thank you, Dr. Dae.
