From my first contact with Pet Stop to the ongoing follow up, Rob has made me feel confident that I can successfully train my dog - with his instruction - to enjoy yhd freedom the radio fence gives him. And he was right!!

We purchased a home that was already a Pet Stop customer and needed to get our dogs trained on the fence. They were extremely responsive to our request and trained our dogs without any incidents. Also when our street was ripped up to be replaced and the construction workers ripped our fence line they quickly came out to address the issue. They respect their customers and their fur babies.

We love PetStop! They are awesome to work with! From getting the fence installed, getting dog collars adjusted and getting new batteries for the collars! They have it all and they’ll help you with any containment of fur babies issues! Even your kitties!!!!

We've had Pet Stop Fence Systems installed at every home we've lived in since moving to the BHM metro area. That's 4 houses since 1998. That tells you how much we believe in the system for our BIG DOG family. We have 4 Golden Retrievers and several acres to run. We had a line cut oa couple days before going out of town from some tractor work. We were in a panic after finding one of our dogs down the street. I reached out to the Pet Stop team, and they delivered EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE for us in this emergency. They came out within 48 hours and got my fence working. We don't just believe in the system, WE BELIEVE IN THE LOCAL TEAM. A HUGE thanks to Rob and Phillip for protecting our pets.

Pet stop is great! It’s given my dogs freedom to enjoy the yard without having an expensive fence installed or risking my escape artist’s life. When I’ve had issues he’s been responsive and helpful. Repairs to the fence are timely and reasonably priced!

PetStop did a great job putting new wire in the ground to keep our pets in the yard. The crew arrived on time and worked really hard til they finished the job.

After 41/2 years the battery pack for my pet fence collar was failing. After contacting the company they quickly replaced the item at a prorated cost and informed me that I would continue to have a lifetime warranty. Very pleased with their quick response and help!! Highly recommend this business and the Pet Fence product.

I had a break somewhere in my 12 year old underground fence. After some failed attempts to find it I called pet stop.
They arrived at my home and hooked up their equipment and had found the break and repaired it within 10 minutes.

Rob and the Pet Stop team responded to our issue promptly and efficiently as they always do. We are very satisfied with the service and the result!

We have been customers of Pet Stop for over 20 years, with 3 different dogs at 2 different homes during that time.
We have always been pleased with the service we have received. Most recently, I was assisted over the phone with syncing a collar to our system without having a service call to the house. That was successful, & I’m not tech savvy. When service men did come out on another issue recently, they were both polite and completed the work efficiently.

All went well. The techs did their work efficiently and the fence is working fine.

There was a small bit of replaced old sealant left on the driveway after they finished up. Not a big deal.
