I’ve had good experiences with Pet Stop for both dogs, 9 years apart. Rob is an excellent trainer, and both dogs learned easily from him. Pet Stop put the wires in originally, but we’ve been able to repair when gardening broke the circuit. (Husband does this kind of thing well). Recommend highly.

We swapped our fence from another company and could not be more pleased!! Unfortunately our dogs were consistently escaping from our yard mo tired by the rival company. Rob and the team were so helpful and our dogs have been safe, secure and happy under their program! Thank you!!!

Great people and service!

It’s rare to call for a line repair, but we got unlucky with the squirrels burying hickory nuts this year, deciding to select a site right at the perimeter. The break was identified quickly with equipment and repaired.

The repairman was polite and on time. He found and fix the wire which had been broken quickly. He also returned with the part he had to order and replaced it on time. A very good experience!

I have Pet Stop at my home in Birmingham as well as another property in Tuscaloosa. The fences work as they should and the customer service is great! Whether it’s training a new dog on the fence or repairing a broken line, I can always count on Pet Stop to be there to help.

New canine addition to the family, so we added a second collar to our system. Flags and training worked well in the new puppy learning her new boundaries. Also had a service call to repair a damaged boundary wire, and the technician responded quickly and did a great job repairing and checking the system to make sure it was functioning properly.
