We’ve had our fence for quite some time. And we were having some issues with it. Called Pet Stop and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. The technician called me prior to his arrival so that I didn’t have to sit and wait on him. When I got to my house, he was there and was so nice and polite and found out what the problem was. He was able to repair it that day and it is working great! Thank you Pet Stop!!!

Been with Rob at pet stop since 1998 that’s right 1998 and not only is Rob and the staff wonderful the fence is a lifesaver for my dogs. In the 26 years that I have been a client I have had 8 dogs not one dog has broke the fence not one. Whenever there is a problem with the fence not due to pet stop, but like at&t putting in new lines cut our fence called Rob and his team came right out and fixed it immediately. They care so much about the safety of our pets. I can’t say enough about this fence system it is worth every single penny. Good product, good service, good people-makes a good company. We appreciate Pet Stop. They have installed fences at two houses for us. The underground fence offers peace of mind when our two precious pups are outside.

We are very pleased with Pet Stop of Alabama. I am in the process of training two new puppies. They are learning. I have had my Pet Stop Fence for several years. The fence and the Pet Stop service has been wonderful. I don't worry when I leave my dogs out while I am gone.
