We are very pleased with Pet Stop of Alabama. The fence is working beautifully, there serve when we have broken the fence ha been great and they are always very prompt and courteous.

They did a good job of sending a qualified person to install my dog door. He was on time and polite and did a nice job.
My invisible fence installer however mostly just laid the wire on the ground in many places and not buried or attached to chain link fence. This has caused repeated instances of the fence wire being severed during yard mowing and trimming. And of course I am charged when they come out to repair

Pet Stop of Alabama has protected my dogs at four residences over 20 years with the same great service including training and installation. Because of them I amusing the latest technology available to contain my dogs.

We have used Pet Stop for over 30 years. Compared to other invisible fence companies we have dealt with in other areas. They pale in comparison. They help us when we have an issue either at the house or with our many collars… both cats and dogs. I strongly recommend that if you are in need of invisible fence for your pet you should use Pet Stop!

We have used Pet Stop for about 18 years and with 2 dogs. We even transferred our system when we recently moved. Purchased “add-on” dog collars for the invisible fence purchased 8 years ago.

I was able to get an “add-on” collar for my new dog within a few days. Despite all of the COVID restrictions, I was able to call safely from my car and enter the business safely to complete my transaction. I will likely be purchasing another collar in the near future for our third pet. The office staff was very courteous.

We have been happy with the fence since about a month or so in. I have to say, I was almost ready to give up after she breached a couple of times the first month, but I have confidence in it now. She seems to truly respect her limits even when other dogs and people are on the sidewalk a few feet away.

Rob McDonald with PetStop was organized and professional. He installed an invisible fence around a garden that my dog enjoyed digging in. He then spent time training my dog with the provided collar. His approach was gentle and effective. He knows dogs! We’ve had the fence for about 6 months with zero problems. Highly recommend this company!
