Such a great company and was nothing but professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole water mitigation process!!

Unfortunately we’ve had several leaks within the past year that caused extensive damage to our home (about 4 occasions). Fortunately we found HSS, but only after our insurance company sent out a different company at first that we didn’t like. The Gentleman are very professional. We’ve had the same team each time which is a plus. On time each time and explained what the issues were, what needed to be done and what they were doing. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and repairs we’ve received. Hence the reason why we keep using them and will continue if we have future needs.

Harper Special Services was amazingly responsive (arrived in an hour). Scott and his team were very considerate of my senior parents, explaining what needed to be done and incredibly respectful of their home. His team worked hard to mitigate the intrusion and disruption of their lives. They took great care of their furnishings. True professionals with a personal touch.

HSS came to my home and very well and professionally fixed my ceiling, I am pleased with they job!

From start to finish Harper’s Special Service was professional, courteous, and efficient. I received updates on every step of the project and was kept apprised of the progress and the timeline for completion. The project manager (Kaely) sent photos of the work in progress and also helped me with the design choices I needed to make. There was never a delay or a need for me to worry about the project because Kaely anticipated everything I would want to know. The project was within the budget and the end result was high quality work. I highly recommend Harper’s Special Services and will use them again. It was truly among the best experiences I’ve had with a company.

Ty, Jeremy, & Scott were all professional, honest, and just wonderful. They came out quickly treated and stabilized what they needed to, the follow up and care over the weekend was amazing, and they were back first thing at the beginning of this week for more follow up and resolution. They’ve helped in every way that is relevant to my home and I will continue using HSS, if needed in the future.

I cannot thank Harper Special Services enough! These guys came to my house between 3-4 am and immediately started going to work fixing all the water damage in my home. They were polite, professional and very thorough. Any questions I had they answered, whether it be about the damage or the process for the insurance claim. After every visit they told me where we were in the process and made appointments to come back the following day. At every appointment they were very punctual and kept the same level of professionalism. Harper Special Services was such a great help during a very difficult time for myself and my family. I was given the opportunity to work with Harper Special services and we started a little bumpy,and I was initially worried however once the team became aware of my situation/ concerns they addressed my every question and put me totally at ease doing a great job and earning the five star rating I rarely give unless I am totally satisfied. Well done!

HSS was a little un organized at the beginning with no set time when workers were coming by until around 90% completion then I had set schedules when people were coming by. I wasn’t really kept in the loop when things were going to be done and took a lot longer to complete than expected and the initial time I was told.
The guy I was working with and didn’t have good schedules either left the company or was let go and the woman that took over was very pleasant and good to work with even though she was kinda thrown on my case

Kaylee and John went over and beyond working with me on my property estimates. They were patient and on time handling my requests and had a very supportive attitude working with me. I appreciate so much the service I received! Thank you !
