HSS was responsive to my situation with a slab water leak involving 2 rooms, hall & 3 closets. The work was scheduled promptly, focused on my medical and safety needs. The repairs met my expectations within insurance coverage. There was a delay of several days due to a City “stop work” citation, citing construction without a permit. The city inspector surveyed my home with Karli, HSS Project Manager. The citation was lifted after that survey showed no new construction, only interior repairs & correction of water damage. I am pleased w/ my new flooring and painted walls.

The service was excellent they’re very polite and thorough of explaining the inspection report with recommendations along the issues that needs to be done .

HSS was a breeze to work with start to finish through a stressful time and project! We literally only spoke to our insurance once or twice, they did the rest!!! Submitting the quotes directly for approvals, adding supplements and getting those approved, and more! Our estimator John did all the heavy lifting with insurance which is 5 star worthy in itself - Lastly, our project manager was phenomenal. We had a couple small asks to be sure the final project was perfect and she always accommodated no questions asked. Very professional and timely. She also followed up with us for months in the middle of the project when we had to switch gears for a bit, she kept reminding us next steps which was so helpful! Referred to us by our insurance company after a leak in our home flooded our kitchen and garage. Everyone from the water mitigation folks to the assessor, project manager, and the contractors were professional, punctual, easy to work with, and did fantastic work. They explained everything clearly and showed they cared about doing things the right way. Highly recommended!!

We had a hot water heater burst in our attic causing major water damage. From the beginning to the end Harper helped to make would could have been a terrible ordeal into a wonderful experience.Walls, ceilings , and floors had to deconstructed.They started with water mitigation to make sure everything was dried out and freshened and afterwards sent subcontractors to reconstruct everything. Everyone was so personable and courteous. Kaely Duckworth was my Project Manager, and she made everything so easygoing. Always available to answer my questions and concerns.In the end I ended up getting a beautiful new bathroom and nice flooring. I would definitely recommend HSS to anyone needing these type of services. Five star service!

If you have the opportunity to have work done by this company, you're in good hands. Ralph Stair, one of the superintendents was an absolute joy to work with and super helpful. Justin the lead was super helpful as well while I was out of town and still making sure work was being completed and scheduling other dates when more supplies were shipped in. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We had a roof and ceiling leak late on a Friday and we called HSS and within 5 minutes of calling Krystal called us back to start collecting info and guide us on next steps. Krystal was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I felt completely taken care of. She even helped calm my nerves. The next morning Anthony and Luis were at our house to start the mitigation work. And then Scott and Krystal provided us with some roofers. Thank you!

Kaely (Project Manager) at Harper Specialty Services took really good care of us. She answered all our questions and took care of everything! There were no delays between all the contractors that she scheduled to do the work in my mother's cottage. She was amazing!!

I had an unexpected roof leak on a Saturday. Called Harpers randomly (because they were open on a Saturday!) and they sent someone over right away who was able to tarp the roof and release the water in the ceiling. I also paid them to do the re-roofing work and the inside repair. It wasn’t cheap and I probably could have shopped around for a less expensive quote, but their quick response and professionalism made it worth the money and gave me confidence in their work.

Thoroughly impressed with HSS! We had a busted water heater in the attic , which caused damage to floors, walls, and ceilings. HSS were very prompt and efficient in making sure the water was dried up and preventing mold and mildew. Always reliable. If they gave you an appointed time, they were there. If not, they always called and gave updates to how long before they would get there and even the reason why. Looking forward to them doing the reconstruction now. The young men were also very personable and courteous. Job well done Ty, Jeremy, and Kevin. Scott, the manager was also very efficient and kind. Great company!

Kaely the PM came in with a crew and the work to our home was done professional, fast and complete. 10 out of 10!!

We had a water heater leak in the Attic that spilled over into our kitchen ceiling and surrounding walls. We contracted with Harper special services for repair. They came out in a timely manner for an estimate, and follow up contractor to review what the repair would be. The contractors group was very professional and efficient. It looks like nothing happened downstairs in my kitchen. They were very kind and didn't awesome job.!
If there are any more problems in the future or needs we will be calling them for help!

Harper Special Services did a great job mitigating the water damage and getting everything set-up for repair. Their team responded to our home within two hours of my reporting the damage to the insurance company. They limited any further damage and were very respectful of our property and belongings. I experienced a severe leak from my dishwasher that ruined my hardwood floors, walls, and baseboards. I contacted my insurance company soon after the problem was diagnosed. After speaking with the insurance company, I decided to use a company on their list for mitigation and restoration: Harper Services. Kaley Duckworth, project manager, contacted me within minutes after ending the call with the insurance company. The mitigation crew she sent over was very professional, helpful, and understanding. Scott knew just what it took. After mitigation was done, the restoration process began. Kaley assigned those that she knew will get the job done. These guys are very hardworkers. Consistent and professional services

This company has done an outstanding job. Scott, Ty,Louis and Jeremy were so very professional. They kept me informed the whole way I had a slab leak and two hours after I sent them a request for help. They were at my doorstep and they have been nothing but the best. I can’t wait for this company to start the next phase in my restoration to pull my house back together, but I’m telling you if you need somebody to come do the type work that they’ve done for me. They were initially brought on for water mitigation of my residence. About 1/3 of my house was inundated with water from a pipe leak. Carpet soaked and base boards damaged. These professionals were quick and detailed to leave no moisture left behind. I was so impressed with them, I decided to contract them out for reconstruction for the residual damage. Currently, I'm at the damage assessment and finance process through my insurance company. I will give an update to this review once the final work is completed.

We had a water pipe burst close to 2 AM in the morning in the middle of the week. No one wants to go through home damages, but we are happy to have chosen Harper Special Services as we had a smooth experience from the moment we reached out to request water restoration services to walk us through the remaining renovations. Our insurance was taking longer than usual to come around and they were very patient. We were very happy with the end results. If you are looking for services, we100% recommend.
