Absolutely outstanding experience with HSS. Our Project Manager, Brian Musgrave, was incredible. He was proactive, responsive, and on top of every detail. The final result exceeded expectations, and we’re already planning future work with Brian and HSS. If I could leave six stars, I would!

Working with Harper Special Services was great. They were friendly and on time for every appointment.

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.
Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

I'm very impressed with Harper Special Services! They assisted us in mold remediation and reconstruction after two major leaks. Chuck guided us through mold and air quality testing and remediation, and then Brian on the renovation/reconstruction team managed repairing all the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently. After they were done, everything looked as good as new. I am so glad we hired them and recommend them highly.

If you're looking for someone to help restore your house, these guys are worth calling for sure. They were prompt, efficient and worked around my families needs as they completed the job. You want people you can count on to show up, get it done and done right. These are the people to do that.

The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. The subs who handled carpentry, painting, and tile work all did high quality work and were committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to Brian for the long hours overseeing a tough project.

Anthony and Jeremy were great. They were very thorough, making sure they removed all the water damaged flooring, etc. They provided explanations about each step of the process. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way. It was a long process to complete everything, but they made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!

HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. Harper’s Water mitigation team was out here the day of our water damage incident. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions we had. They were prompt and did an excellent job with the clean up & drying out the house!

The Project Manager is a total professional and the Estimator James was there to answer all of my questions. They even brought the CEO to my home to see the progress.
