The work was done professionally and in a timely manner.
The workers were experienced and skillful which could be seen by the construction of the porch and roof.
The representative for HSS gave me options on the construction and roofing material which added to the total cost but was well worth it given the outcome of the completed structure.
I would highly recommend HSS to family and friends and will use them in the future if needed.

The team at Harper Special Services did a great job for us. Our project manager worked with us from day one and was available to provide updates and answer questions. Our master shower had to be replaced and they did an outstanding job with the tile work and repairs that needed to be done. The guys who worked on the shower were highly skilled and it really shows in the completed work.

Brian and his crew are AWESOME! Had a water leak from an upstairs neighbor and we decide to do a remodel too. We used Harper’s Special Services for a water damage claim. They were very professional during the entire process. I recommend them to anyone with an insurance claim. In fact, I recommend them for any home renovations. Their contractors were detailed and they did not leave any mess or debris behind. They completed the job on time. This company has an efficient system for completing all repairs. Kaely was our project manager and she did a wonderful job explaining the process. I work with contractors daily and this was by far the best company I have worked with.

We had an emergency clean up job at our business. Made the call to HSS and we had a team show up within an hour. They were extremely professional, explaining in detail what they would be doing while on site. Everything was resolved quickly without an interruption to business activities. Highly recommend.

Brian & Eddie & crew did an amazing job repairing our fence that was blown down by hurricane Helene & further damaged by the ice & snow in December. It is absolutely beautiful! Well done !!

My second floor washing machine accidentally overflowed. Water leaked through the floor, poured down and caused damage to the ceilings/walls below and also caused damage to floor/rugs surrounding the laundry room. My insurance company assigned HSS for the water mitigation. From the first contact with Scott (HSS), I knew I was in good hands. Scott sent out a team to assess the damage, do necessary demo and set up equipment to mitigate the water damage. His team came back for 3 days to assess the drying status. Luis, Anthony and Max (& others) were always on time, professional, courteous and just kind. Having your ceiling pour water is stressful. The HSS team not only mitigated the water damage but they mitigated my stress level. A week later the washing machine (24 years old) leaked again causing similar damage. I called Scott frantically and within 1 hour he had a team to my home;...

Harper completed a water mitigation job for us after a roof leak. They were consistently on time with all appointments, kind, pleasant, and quite competent in their work. They were time-efficient but thorough, and they were very considerate, going so far as to temporarily relocate a rug so that it covered a hose for safety. They left the area clean and tidy after removing their equipment, in preparation for repairs to be made. Thanks for the great service!
