We had a very positive experience buying a beautiful Ford F-150 from Mike Timmons in Madison. My son was looking for a vehicle and needed his first car loan. Mike found him exactly what he was in search of and helped him through the entire process. Before we left, he even took the time to show him how everything in the truck worked- the 4-wheel drive, keyless entry, GPS- etc, and even paired my son’s phone to the vehicle. The girl (I never caught her name) who did the paperwork was very pleasant and friendly also. I would definitely use Hammonasett Ford for another vehicle in the future. Very pleased and impressed and my son couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

Simply put, the best customer service I've ever received from a car dealership. CherylAnn went above and beyond my expectations in the car buying process. I went to the dealership looking for an Edge or Explorer and had little time to spend. Once I selected the vehicle, she gathered all of my info. When I was able to return, she had made sure all of the paperwork was in order beforehand, called my insurance company, arranged for my rental to be picked up, and transferred my registration. She then set up my Ford Pass, paired my phone, and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushed (by them) and was totally comfortable the entire time. Service is always done correct and for the price quoted. Never any surprises when you pick up the car plus they never give an annoying list of things that need to be done to the car. They review what could be a potential future problem but never pressure me to fix at that moment. At one point I had 4 cars when my kids were home. They were not all Fords. I ended up using Hammonasset Ford to service all my cars.
