Excellent dealership and customer service.

I had a great experience buying my 2021 F150 from Dan back in 2021, which is why I’ll give them 2 stars instead of 1, but I can’t say the same for the service department.

In November I started having issues with my transmission. It would occasionally miss 2nd gear and clunk into 3rd. I brought it in to get checked out and they reset the adaptive tables and said that it was driving much better. I took it home and after driving about 30 miles it became worse. When I brought it back, they again reset the adaptive tables and said they were going to have to replace the valve body. At the time they said it was driving better, but they could not give me a date to bring it back in for the repair, and said that it would most likely be the end of December, because they only had 1 person that works on transmissions and there were 5 ahead of me. I went there and the guy at the window completely ignored me and an employee came and told him to attend me and he said “I know” but he then ignored me again. I was waiting there for over 10 minutes and he was doing random stufff. Never come to this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. The dealership itself was okay but the sales manager Kyle was extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. He has minimal knowledge of the Ford product and flat out lied to me about features available on the Ford F-150. This used to be one of the more respected Ford dealers in the state. I find it hard to believe they actually made this guy a manager there. Needless to say I will never spend another cent at this dealership. That guy needs some serious customer service training!

Recently had an issue with my Lincoln Corsair sunroof and visited Hammonsset Ford for the repair. The staff was wonderful: part was ordered and installed promptly and vehicle was delivered as promised. I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of all involved in the process!

Speedy diagnosis and repair at a reasonable price. Service team is extremely knowledgeable and competent going out of their way providing outstanding customer care.
