Cherylann Wambolt was awesome. The deal went smooth, she answered all my questions, went over the whole vehicle with me, helped me with all the syncing of the electronics etc. She was also very informative on the ford explorer vehicle. In all it was one of my easiest purchases.

February 2019 Update:

I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat which replaced my 2014 F-150 Lariat. Once again, Steve Mantilia and crew helped me find a really great truck with lots of bells and whistles! It is going in tomorrow for the first oil change and I would not dream of taking it elsewhere. I have driving since 1974 and have owned many vehicles. Hammonasset Ford is the FIRST dealership with a service department that I trust. I used them exclusively for service on my last truck. The reason I stay with them for service is that I never feel like I’m being sold something I don’t need. That wasn’t the case in the past with other dealers which is why I never used them. Straight up forthright honesty and excellent service will keep me coming back.

Initially, I was looking for a Ford Fusion Sport. When I arrived at Hammonasett Ford, I was met by salesman Jagger Pazsak. They didn’t have a Fusion Sport, so he showed me similar cars. They had a 2013 Ford Taurus SHO which had all the options I was looking for. The sales experience was streamless, stress-free and they made me feel like part of the family. Jagger was knowledgeable which made the car buying experience stress-free. I would definitely buy another car from Hammonasett Ford.

I bought my new Explorer last week and had nothing, but a pleasant experience.
