I recently purchased a new truck and had a very pleasant buying experience at Hammonasset Ford working with my sales person CherylAnn Wambolt. CherylAnn was friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable about the truck I was looking to purchase. I never felt pressured and was very pleased with the deal and my new truck.

I had an issue with my hybrid vehicle and called Hammonasset Ford, they told me to come in, when I got there they took my vehicle in and began working on it, in about an hour or less they advised me that they had repaired my vehicle and that it was under warranty and sent me on my way, no charge. the repair was done correctly and I have not had any problems since. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Sal the service manager was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair and the warranty , I briefly spoke to the technician that did my repair (Harry) and explained what work was done. A pleasure doing business with Hammonasset Ford, I will return for future repair work and maintenance services......GREAT JOB guys!!!

Went to Hammonasset Ford for an oil change for the first time. I WILL BE BACK. I had a great experience I was in and out in less than an hour. It was inexpensive and done professionally. With help from Krissie and Sydney I was informed that given the miles on my car a tire rotation was suggested for longevity of the vehicle. I will definitely return !!
