Great experience with a first class staff. Very helpful.

Yesterday, we needed a new clothes dryer. Our representative was Amber, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. She knew her machines, was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We were in and out of the store in very little time.

We have purchased appliances from Hahn’s since 1979 when we bought all our appliances for our first home. We still have an upright freezer from that first purchase that has never needed a service call. It still runs beautifully, and we get in and out of it multiple times a day.

They offer extended warrantees, which we always purchase on large appliances, and there is never any hassle when using it. We ended up having to replace a washing machine once, at the end of the warranty, and they had us select a new one at no cost to us.

Good selection. Salesman pointed us in the right direction, then left us to look around. Came back after we made our choice, wrote it up and we were out of there. Always a painless process at Hahn.

Cherish, our sales person, was great! We are the type to look alone and get help when needed. She offered help, and gave us useful information on the appliances we were looking at and then let us shop. She checked in on us, then waited for us to get her. She wasn’t pushy, and was super friendly.

We went in on a Friday to pick out a washer. We were greeted and offered help immediately. Once we decided we opted to take the washer home with us opposed to delivery. Everyone we dealt with were super friendly and the washer has been great so far (I’ve done four loads with no issues)

We've used Ben a bunch and recommend him to help. Keep checking back...we've found some incredible deals. Also great customer service if things go wrong.

My stove that I had was 21 years old. It had served me well. It just was time to retire it.
I drove all over Tulsa to used and new appliance stores. I was most impressed with Hahn Outlet. The salesperson who helped me was Cherish. She is cordial, professional but also made me feel relaxed. She came across like a very caring dedicated person. I told her my interest and my need. We discussed two different brands that I wanted. I chose at very nice GE Stove. I told her what I could pay and she went to talk to her boss he accepted my offer.
Everything went so smooth and easy and I am sure it was because of Cherish and her skills to close a deal.
