Bought a dishwasher from them 2 weeks ago. It arrived with a broken pump. Stores limited hours mean we had to wait until the weekend to get a new one. We went in and actually bought a much better model. (from a Bosch 100 to a Bosch 800)

That one -- which was a new model, just overstock -- came missing a piece needed to attach it the waterline. They left the new dishwasher in my garage, and tried to leave the one with the broken pump in the middle of my kitchen (still connected, but no longer under the cabinet). I was told they would need a day or two to find the part.

I called the main store 2 days later. They basically say they can't help me because we bought at the outlet and we'll have to wait until tomorrow.

It's been 2 weeks, 2 deliveries, and over $900 later and I still can't wash my dishes, and the store is doing nothing to communicate to...

We've bought a washer/dryer pedestal from them many years ago, so when our dishwasher went out, I went there to see what they had. They had several new and even some "scratch & dent" items. We found a new one that was quiet, and with a recessed handle so the front is completely flat. We were able to get a brand new fairly quiet dishwasher at a good price as it was marked down.

I do my own appliance installations, so we drove down the south warehouse to pick it up where the guy unwrapped it so I could inspect it for dents, scratches, etc before he loaded it up.

Alot of new appliances.

Dude..! One dude and another dude had the same idea and followed us from another store and we both ended up buying the same washer. Hands down cheaper than others! Thanks!

Fantastic experience at Hahn Appliance Outlet. Found a matching washer and dryer set, and they were very helpful. The hours made them a little inaccessible-only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But when I was planning on picking it up they offered to move it to the main store so I could pick them up during the week. Instead took them up on free delivery. Fantastic experience and I would shop there again.

Great sevice

I purchased a black Maytag washer and dryer on December 28th. Brought them home to use and HATED them. I needed many features this set actually dis nit have. The quick wash took sooooooo long. And before you come at me I KNOW its not as deep of a wash but sometimes I have stuff to do and NOT 1.5 hours to wait on Quick Wash. So over the course of the next 3 weeks I called the store 3 different times stating my issue with the set. I simply HATED them and was dreading 10 years with them. So yesterday I load the set hp and head to the store. I had 3 remaining days of my 30 days refund warranty. The store manager Brit listened to my problems and exchanged me for the set I originally had my mind made up for. Im VERY happy with my new set and pleased with the way that the manager handled the problem. I will be using this location in the future for any appliance needs.
