We were in need of getting our top loading washer diagnosed as it wasn’t working properly. Tech came out and did a quick diagnostic and helped us realize the cost to fix it would be more than it would be to buy a new unit. Technician was friendly and very helpful.

When an issue on price was discussed, owner resolved issue and communicated quickly and efficiently. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone who needs their appliances serviced.

Loved they were open on the weekend not just Saturday but Sunday too. The sales rep, she was very attentive and helped us find EXACTLY what we needed, and the ding didn’t even show once installed our new built in oven. We felt like we got such great service and a fair price. Especially in this economy.

Mason made the whole process of buying a refrigerator a breeze! He made sure I was informed on all of the features of the different models and there were a lot! From start to finish the service I received was better than other appliance stores I had visited. Will definitely be back for all of my appliance needs!
