Great place to buy refrigerator

Excellent service. Ben was excellent at sharing information on the various refrigerators we were looking at.
Our refrigerator had quit and he was able to pull the delivery date up several days for us.

Our experience was fabulous. Dave was attentive without hovering. He explained the tags to us and what they meant (i.e. overage item, service item, etc.). Once we determined what washing machine we wanted, Dave was able to assist us quickly and get us out the door. He thanked us for our business and a handshake. Female associate, Sing (not sure of the spelling), assisted us when we paid for our washing machine. She was efficient, friendly, and helpful. She also gave us service with a smile. As we left the store, Dave thanked us again for coming in and invited us back. We felt like our business was appreciated and we WILL be back. We have actually purchased kitchen appliances at the 71st & 169 store and received great service there, as well. Highly recommend Hahn.

There is always a good selection of closeout and scratch and dent merchandise available. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean and organized.

Greeted as soon as we came through the door, smiling faces, gave us quick run down of the tags, what each line indicated, and showed us where to look for what we needed. Gave us a few minutes to browse for what we needed, came to answer any questions we had., bought, and we were out the door!! Easy and no pressure. Great experience, will definitely come back!!
