we walked in to the store was met by a sales person who was very nice and showed us the machine we were looking for and we purchased right then. A very good experience.

Friendly service, no sales push. We had plenty of time to browse their full selection and employees were knowledgable of products. The purchase process was simple and efficient. They offer next day pick up, which was convenient for us.

We were dreading appliance shopping with pushy sales people but were pleasantly surprised when the girl helping us (Kayla) wasn't pushy at all. She explained where we could find things, how the tags work, and then gave us our space but kept an eye on us from a distance so we could easily wave her down if we had questions. So much better than appliance shopping experiences that we've had in the past.
