We had a great experience! If customer service after the sale is as good as it's been while looking, then we won't shop anywhere else. Our salesman Joshua was awesome. Not pushy, nice, honest, and gave us input we havent heard from anywhere else while shopping around.

When they delivered the guys were in a hurry to drop everything off that I had purchased. Tried to just put items in my garage & leave. I had them take out of box before I would sign for no damages. Then they left without putting handle on deep freeze.

I used to deliver appliances when I was in high school & have my own business now. I was fully prepared to tip them for their service but changed my mind when I felt they could of done a little extra.

The salesman was absolutely awesome. I couldn't go the the oklahoma city store so I called them. They did the transaction over the phone. I felt pretty safe about giving my credit card information out. I even got the receipt emailed to me. Waiting for deliver for next week. Will buy from them again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of being able to shop for our appliances at Hahns. Phillip is who helped us and the experience was incredible. We were allowed to look around on our own for a little while and once we had a bit of time to take in all the options, Phillip then came over and helped us to narrow down what we wanted and fit it in our price range. Once we got home and thought about it, we decided to make a few changes. We called Phillip and the changes were made, no questions asked. Several months later we went back and bought an extra freezer. Phillip remembered who we were and greeted us at the door. Within 20 minutes we were checked out and out the door. I’d recommend Hahns to anyone looking at getting appliances!
