Hahn Appliance Oklahoma City

I ordered on line, it was very easy. I found what I wanted but then I got the email that said it was on order n wouldn't be delivered for 12 days. I immediately called to talk to whoever took the order. I told Micheal that I needed one like yesterday and couldn't wait that long. He worked w/me n got me a bigger one for same price. Picked it up next day and am very happy. My rescuers. Thank you

I purchased a washer and dryer and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated very well. The customer service by the salesman was excellent and the delivery was prompt and delivery guys were very professional and went above and beyond especially with this covid issue. Very happy with the whole experience.

"oldchris" was awesome. We went to Hahn's because we getting tired of Lowe's and their lying and incompetency, as well as possibly simply giving away appliances we purchased. We were told they had everything in stock, then the day of delivery they didn't have the products, imagine that. Kelby, one of the assistant managers was a real butt and didn't care about the situation, but at least James, another assistant manager seemed to understand and helped us get back every dollar we had spent with them. Luckily Chris at Hahn's seemed genuine and transparent with the product's logistics on our visit there and we left feeling like we were someone to them feel we have expectations that will be met without the game that Lowe's gave. Thanks "oldchris"!

I have used Hahn several times over the last 6 years to replace my hand-me-down appliances. They are always professional and the lowest price. I will certainly use them in the future.

Hahn's employees are friendly and professional. Alex and Zachary, the young men who delivered my refrigerator, were careful not to bump furniture while moving one fridge out, and the new one in. They plugged it in, set the temp settings, placed the drawers, racks and other parts in the fridge. They removed the blue plastic that was covering the doors. They were especially polite young men. Thank you Hahn's for hiring such good people.

When our refredgerator went out, they were able to get a new one installed in less than 24 hours. The install went smoothly. Our installers were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
