Excellent customer service. I purchased a dishwasher, installed it and my cabinet drawer would not open. They were so kind and courteous and exchanged the dishwasher with no problems at all. I appreciated their help!

Corey and Hahn’s in Edmond was great to work with on the purchase of a washer and dryer. Very knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure the pricing fit within my budget.

We had a great experience there picking out a microwave. Our sales rep helped us think about things we weren’t thinking about. Since he knew we were doing a remodel, he took time to show us ranges and fridges too, so we could pick the brand we liked the best and ensure all our appliances matched. 10/10 recommend. We will for sure be going back next time we need something!

Working with RJ has been fabulous. He is extremely detailed oriented and makes sure I get what is needed for my rental properties and my personal home. . I also find the prices compete with lowes but the transaction and delivery is much easier.
The office staff, however, was another story. They cannot ever find my bill or paperwork . The length of time to wait on someone that can help u is also burdensome and a few have been discourteous. Overall a well run organization except for that.

This was our second experience buying from Hahn’s. Our salesman was thorough and answered our questions completely. We had done some research on washers and dryers before coming in and he was able to help us build on that and find the pair that best fit our needs. Delivery was scheduled within the week. The installation took less than an hour. We ran several loads of laundry last night and everything is working great. We are super happy and satisfied with these appliances.

Ryan was delightful and Rodney was a very friendly and helpful delivery person. We love our new refrigerator!

Our salesman went above and beyond educating us on a future purchase taking the time to help us weigh our options for down the road. I bought a dent and ding washing machine from the warehouse and it was dead on arrival so I returned it and they replaced it with a new one of the same model. Very pleased.
