Hahn Appliance Edmond

We were allowed to shop as we wanted for a long time. Three individuals ask us if we needed help and we did ask each of them questions. We then left and went shopping at other places. We came back and were verifying the ones that we wanted to look at in more detail. We chose the one we wanted and a salesperson came up to us about that time saying the manager had seen us come in and wanted to know if we needed help. The manager had been the last person we talked to on our previous visit. The salesperson helped us make the purchase and set up the delivery. We are pleased to this point the delivery has not been completed yet.

Super easy experience! Found what I wanted online, called, asked some questions, ordered and paid all over the phone with a knowledgeable salesman! Also, after shopping around, they had the best price!

Our salesperson, was great! She went above and beyond trying to help us find just the right appliances. She was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about the products. The showroom was very inviting. We shopped 2 other places, but came back here because of our salesperson and atmosphere.

I worked with Grant. He was both helpful and polite. I am now waiting on the free delivery which is scheduled for the 28th. I also bought the extended warranty because if I don't use it during the 3 year period I will receive an in-store credit. I will recommend Hahn Appliances to my friends.

Having just moved to the Edmond area, we were in need of several new appliances. Uncertain where to go I did a little research and found Hahn Appliance in Edmond. I'll begin by saying that the store has a great presence when entering in regards to being welcomed by the employees, it's layout and overall cleanliness. The real testament however, lies within the sales, delivery and installation process. I was met by Grant and we immediately set in to determine my needs. I didn't have a lot of time and Grant made the process simple and informative, making my buying experience very convenient, while finding exactly what I needed. He was also able to work me in the following week for delivery and installation. As expected, the delivery truck arrived with all of my appliances on board. Fast, courteous, service and item was in stock. Delivery is over two weeks out, which keeps me from giving five stars.
