I’ve shopped here twice for my appliances & everytime it’s been a positive experience. I love it. The first time I went in for a washer/Dryer and the sales associates were very helpful and understanding. The delivery and installing fee was very reasonable and convenient. I’m currently waiting for my fridge to be delivered & I’m trusting they will do the same fantastic job as before. I would recommend Hahn’s any day anytime to anyone.

A bit of miscommunication initially had me concerned, but after talking to the people at the store about it, everyone worked hard to make sure everything was right.

I was shopping for a particular Maytag washer and dryer and Adam the Salesman found the exact pair that I wanted in stock. I purchased them immediately! He was so knowledgeable about the products. It was so easy and stress free unlike the previous store I had been to. That didn’t know much about their appliances. It was a joy shopping at a store the knows their appliances. This is my 2nd time shopping there. I will always shop there when I need something for my home.

I needed a new stove and shopped the big box stores first thinking they'd be the best value for my money. I found the exact same sales price of $1709 at two of them and with the everything it was $2193.58 without the griddle or convection rack. They charged me $25 for haul away and $39.99 for gas parts to connect it, and $19.99 for installation. Almost a $100 in additional charges! And I had to wait a week for it to come in.
I went to Hahn and their sale price was $1397.95! No extras of connection fees, haul away fees, or installation fees! They charged me $49.95 for the convection rack, but it came with the griddle. My total with tax was $1642.73 out the door, $52 less than the sale price of $1709 at the big box stores!!! I saved $550.85 by going to Hahn and they had it on the floor to show me all the features and it was in stock so no waiting!! I'm a customer for Life and...

I was impressed with the treatment received from Heather about a year and a half ago when I needed a microwave. Went back to her now that my washer died. She is extremely knowledgeable about all their products and set me up with a very reasonable delivery date. I don’t know why I waste my time going to Lowe’s 1st. Good selection but no salesperson working on Sunday. Hahn’s prices on the microwave were 120$ cheaper for the microwave and $80 cheaper for the trim kit for the same model. Next time I’ll know enough to go to Hahn’s 1st.

First visit, great experience! Filled the kitchen with all new appliances, excellent quality and more importantly....super competitive pricing! Salesman asked the right questions, met our specific needs and didn't try to oversell us on any type of "specials" like the big box stores push. No doubt we'll be back the next time we're in need of ANY appliances! Be sure and check out the dent/ding/return area, you'll save thousands like we did! AAAA++++
