Hahn Appliance Edmond

I was impressed first with the layout of the store. The design is very nice and makes it easy to look around. There are a lot of floor models to view. The salesman was very helpful and took plenty of time to answer our questions. The cashier was also very nice. It was a great experience, much better than the home improvement stores I have visited in the past. There was a change to our delivery date, and the salesman called on Sunday to let me know. I hate that he had to work on Sunday, but at least he did not procrastinate until later to inform me. I thought that was a nice gesture.

I don't know if buying an appliance (washer/dryer) has ever been easier. I made an appointment. Grant emailed me ahead of time to ask how he could prepare for my visit. I told him exactly what I wanted and he got me exactly that with zero hassle. I think it took me 15 minutes start to finish.

We were looking for a dryer and I’d called several places and most options were on backordered. I called with the model number and asked if they had it in stock. There was one, I asked if I could place a hold on it until I was able to come in within the hour and they did. The store was clean, staff was welcoming, polite and we were in and out in less than 20 mins. The loading dock employees were kind and very helpful also! We will be back! When we are ready to look for a refrigerator!

Went in to purchase appliances for our new build. I did my research before and had a very informed Sales Associate, RJ at the Edmond location. He was very knowledgeable and we were in and out in less than an hour.

Hopefully my need for appliances won’t be for a long time but I know where I’ll go from now on, and where I’ll send my family and friends.

Fast and friendly. Low pressure sales team. Purchase and loading took 15min and I was on my way.

Ms Karli McGhee, was very professional, courteous and helpful. She was able, after visiting with her supervisor, to sell us a Whirlpool Washer, with minor dents and scratches. The price was better than Lowe’s and Home Depot.

The lady that helped me did a great job! She was patient, helpful and researched appliances within their system and online for me and didn’t make me feel rushed. Found the two appliances I was wanting and got 18 mons interest free on my card and delivery in less than two weeks!

Spoke with Craig by phone about needs,was very nice and informative regarding products and availability ,we needed a small front load washing machine, went down the next day to the Edmond store to purchase Electrolux washer and picked up at their warehouse on Reno,seamless purchase and pick up,we highly recommend Hahn Appliance for your appliance needs,great selection and courteous service

Corey was our salesman and was super helpful! He was knowledgeable about products and respected our budget and didn’t try and push higher ticket items. Overall very pleasant experience. Everything was clean. We were able to look without being badgered and salesman were in places to be found when we were ready for help.

We were greeted upon entering the store. Nobody hovered over us as we looked at washers, dryers and refrigerators, questions answered when needed. There is a large selection to look and choose from.
Sales people had masks on, suggested for customers.
We did but appliances, now wait for delivery.
