Our salesman Ricky was great. No high pressure sales pitch. He let us look around, answered our questions, and was ready to help when we made our decision on the washer/dryer we chose. Prices are good and we will return Hahn when we are ready to purchase kitchen appliances for our new home.

We bought a washer and dryer set from Hahn. On time delivery. Great customer service. After one month, i was very disappointed with the set I purchased. They directed to the manufacturer.i told the manufacturer I knew how to solve the problem. I'm returning it.
I called the store manager. He did everything right.
He listened. We spoke of options. He allowed the return. I bought another set. A brand I had been happy with in the past.

As soon as I walked into the store I was approached by salesperson Grant. He asked if he could help me and I told him I was looking for a refrigerator. He asked me about the dimension and then pointed me in the direction of refrigerators that would fit my needs. He asked if I wanted to look around on my own or if I would like him to walk with me so I could ask questions. I told him I would like it if he walked with me because I knew I would have plenty of questions. Grant answered all my questions and told me things I wouldn't have thought to ask. I left the store feeling very good about my purchase and my experience. I will be needing a washer and dryer and I will be making that purchase at Hahn. This store should feel lucky having an employee as good as Grant.
