We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer and also a Samsung fridge, both at competitive prices. We ran into some issues picking up the fridge from the warehouse, so our salesperson, Ryan Young, arranged to have it delivered and installed for us at no charge. The day before it was supposed to be delivered, it turned out that it had not arrived from the manufacturer to Hahn's warehouse yet. Ryan went above and beyond to get us a fridge still delivered on time the next day. And to top it off, the delivery guy, Alex, was very friendly and got the fridge installed without a problem.
