Southwest Oral Surgery

I’m not gonna lie, I read the one star reviews the night before my procedure, and I was super anxious to go in, lol. Despite what those reviews said, I had a great experience! Staff were very friendly, and Dr. Kramer was amazing! It was one of the best dental experience of my life and trust me, I’ve had lots of experience, lol. I’d definitely go back in future if I need an oral surgeon!

I got a bad tooth pulled out, and had to be put to sleep. I was scared, nervous, and my blood pressure was up, as they took several readings. The doctor made me feel so much better, and they told me each step they were doing. The staff was wonderful, the dentist was the best, and he even called me that night to see how I was doing. I have never had such a great experience at a dentist's office. God bless, and I went home with no pain, and did not even need the pain medicine.

My son was very nervous about getting his wisdom teeth out and Dr Oglander and staff did a great job dealing with his fears. They made the experience so much better than he expected.

Great fast and friendly back home relaxing wow didn't see that coming but anyway loved it God bless.

My experience overall was great. Everyone was polite and kind. My only real complaint is that I called ahead of surgery to ask whether or not I could be invoiced for my remaining total so that I could funnel payment through my HSA account. Then after surgery; they came to ask me for money, and I said that I had been told I could be invoiced. They argued with me and demanded payment then; which I was drugged, how am I supposed to handle that?? That honestly was really frustrating. Payment should have been brought up earlier in the process/front desk should know what arrangements are available.

Sandy, Tasha, and Dr. Oglander were very comforting and patient with during the whole operation. I found the price pretty reasonable as well

They made my daughter feel at ease with getting her baby teeth extracted. The doctor himself called later in the day to see how she was doing. Will definitely use them again for any oral surgery needs.

My 8 year old needed to have a couple of teeth extracted and was very nervous. Dr. Oglander and every one of the team from check-in to discharge was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Oglander was very comforting and even called the same evening to check on my daughter. When she was discharged, Roy was so patient and kind and gave us all of the information we needed to know regarding recovery and then walked her out to the car. I felt my daughter was in excellent hands and highly recommend this practice.

I have had 2 surgeries and the compassion and concern shown me by the staff and Dr Oglander is very impressive.

Service was fast and friendly, and my daughter’s FIRST experience with tooth extraction (she is only 5- the treat bag was a wonderful touch). The staff made her feel comfortable- and everything was so quick. Thank you SO MUCH

Wonderful kind caring staff. This is my second extraction by Dr. Waite. Had wisdom tooth pulled today and a tooth extraction previously. Doing great! When I am able to get other wisdom teeth pulled will be going back. Both visits have been great! Recovery not bad at all. Thank you all! Very greatful!

Came in for my wisdom teeth and they were such warm and charming people! I was a bit nervous but they explained each step and made me feel much better. When I woke up we had a very nice woman to explain aftercare and help me to the car. Really great experience
