When you are an adult with unfortunate dental issues coupled with deep-seated fear about getting dental work done, you face a number of challenges. Providers and staff who treat you like you're just being childish because of your fear, doctors and staff that look down their nose at you and the predicament you've found yourself in, or even rude impatience with you. Dr. Kramer and the staff at Southwest Oral Surgery have always treated me with dignity, respect and have never made light of my fear. From my first visit to my most recent one, I have received outstanding care from a wonderful doctor and a truly caring and friendly staff. I would recommend them without a single reservation for any oral surgery issue you might encounter. They're simply the best.

Best dental experience I've had so far in my life. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and taken back right away when I was finished with my paperwork. My dental assistant (Diane, I believe) was so nice to me. I have a lot of anxiety and I tend to talk a lot when I'm nervous. It didn't bother her at all, she was so nice and made me feel very at ease. My doctor, Robert Reti, was AMAZING. I was having an extraction for the first time and I've gotta say, I don't think it could've gone any smoother. I didn't even feel much pain while he was giving me the shots, and after that no pain at all. Very fast, and if you have anxiety highly recommended. Easy take home instructions for what to do and they even will fill your prescription at the office!!! Five stars always!

I had a mass on my gums that started out very small and so I was able to ignore it. For a couple years. After it began to grow and cause me pain, I finally asked my dentist about it. He referred me to Southwest Oral Surgery. I was pretty apprehensive after looking at the reviews on here and I didn't know how the whole thing would turn out.

After a consultation appointment with Dr. Kramer, I felt confident the whole thing would go okay. Before I left, the front desk clerk gave me a printout of the cost of the procedure, which my insurance refused to cover so I paid out of pocket (on the day of the procedure, after it was done).

Fast forward a week (to today, 4/19/16) I went in for the removal of the mass. I was called back pretty quickly to an exam room where the nurse, Fran, was very professional and caring. Dr. Kramer then came in, explained more about the...

GREGG HOSCH, DDS is the best - resolved a horrible abscess and two extractions rapidly and with very little pain... I was astonished how 'pleasant' the whole procedure turned out! Five stars every time!

I had a pleasant time. Although, my extraction experience may have been abnormal. My teeth were causing me such pain that with their removal I immediately felt amazing. I experienced no grogginess from the general anesthesia. So I was very aware during recovery and nothing seemed unpleasant nor out of routine. Although I suppose, if you tried not to follow routine, the experience may fun afoul. I sensed that they do tooth removal so routinely, that its like amusement park management. Just keep your hands and feet inside the roller coaster at all times, the pliers removing your teeth will provide enough excitement.

I highly recommend Dr. Oglander. He was kind, concerned, informative, and had a great sense of humor. He is just an all around nice guy. Oh, and a great oral surgeon!

I had the BEST experience here. I had a bad experience as a child with a dentist so growing up I ALWAYS had a fear of dentist. I have FINALLY found a dentist that I am comfortable with Dr. Grimaud at Watson Pointe Dental referred me to Southwest Oral Surgery. Dr. Reiti and his staff are the best. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable. The assistant took my phone as well, BUT she did tell me it was because some people text or make calls after coming out of the general anesthesia when they are still out of it, which may concern the person you may be calling. So that was completely understandable, I didn't have a problem with that. I would recommend definitely recommend Dr. Reiti.

I cannot explain the kindness we have received from this office. My 8 year old son needed to have surgery to remove an extra tooth. I knew they had great staff when the receptionist squeezed us in so kindly when I messed up my appointment date, to Dr Oglander and the nurses who were so kind to my son. I knew from our first appointment when he so patiently answered every single question my son had to calling us the night of his surgery to check on him that he was a wonderful doctor. Thank you again it really means a lot when doctors and their staff go the extra step.

I went to the Fenton Location. The staff was wonderful! I was so worked up about having my wisdom tooth extracted; they were very comforting!!

They were so friendly, I liked the sense of humor, yet professionalism of the receptionist. Kathi held my hand during the extraction. Dr. Kramer was awesome. No pain, I would recomend this place over and over. Thank you for taking care of me. Oh, and they let you recover in a seperate room, not just kick you out!

I had my four impacted wisdom teeth removed here in June 2014 and the entire experience was a breeze. I went to the Fenton location and it was very easy to schedule-- they saw me a week or two after I called. I arrived on the big day, went to the patient room almost immediately, they gave me a painless IV, and I woke up perfectly fine. It all happened very quickly— they have a well-oiled machine there and are kind and professional along the way. I also had a terrific recovery with zero problems, which made me feel like they did a very good job. I highly recommend going here if you need to get your wisdom teeth removed!

After having a horrible experience at Nikodem on Butler Hill, Dr Kramer at Southwest Oral Surgery fixed me up and he and his staff were wonderful! The last thing you want is a grumpy Dental Assistant, or Receptionist as soon as you walk in! Thats what I got at Nikodem! But Sandy at Southwest was beyond welcoming! And after seeing Dr Kramer, he was awesome and made a bad experience somewhere else turn into a great one! I would recommend them to anyone!
