The only thing I did not like was having to wait three weeks for the work to get done. But once it did, it was great service and worker was kind and informative.

Quick response, professional job. Very Expensive. When you do an urgent/emergency mitigation like I had for a hole in the roof, make sure you understand the estimate doesn't include any actual repair. I had to call for a repair estimate and it took over two weeks to get one due to their communication system problems. By that time I had used another roofer.

Recv'd excellent gutter cleaning service this week. Very good communication, with notice by email a couple days prior. John L & crew gave me a call ~30 min before arrival. They also took photos from several places along the roof to show the cleaned gutters, and sent me those pictures. I appreciate the good service.
