I can’t think of a set of circumstances that would ever result in me going up on the roof to “check things out” and they did it as kind of a built-in courtesy, letting us know how our roof was looking condition-wise. Communication was clear and the work was done so well, that I could hear the rainwater flowing freely through the gutters when it rained later that day. A beautiful sound to hear.
