Gutter Ethics did an excellent job at my house replacing all the gutters and fixing some rotten and falling apart siding.

I called them for an estimate and they came out a few days later right on time. They did a very thorough walk around with me about what I wanted done and what I thought the issues were. They also went up on the roof for a closer look and found some rotten siding that I wasn't even aware of. I'd never been on the roof so it was very helpful and they showed me pictures and videos of the damage and recommended the appropriate fix.

Got the estimate in a very timely fashion. After getting a few more quotes I went with Gutter Ethics as they had a very fair price and the interaction I had with the Owner (Justin) left me feeling the most comfortable out of all the companies I had quotes from.

He stands behind his work and the product that he uses. If he isn't offering you the best price, then you had better look over the other estimate again because there is something wrong. Gutter Ethics provides quality workmanship, warranty, the best insurance (so you know you are protected while they are working on your property), and uses only quality product. I will never use another company for my roofing, gutter replacement or gutter cleaning needs.

If you need roof repairs this is the company to call! We received a lot of damage to our roof following a severe storm coming through the region. I called Gutter Ethics, knowing that all roofing companies would be very busy but they returned my call within two hours and had someone at my home the next day. At no point did I feel like I was being sold on any unnecessary work. When it comes to replacing things like a roof or siding there are so many companies who do this kind of work. The issue is to find someone who does high quality work and provides high quality customer service. Gutter Ethics is that company. Our home had hail damage and needed the roof replaced as well as repairs to all the window screens and some siding and down spouts. Gutter Ethics made everything easy. They came in, assessed the damage and took care of everything. We just sat back and watched. They did a great job and communicated with us every step of the way. We just could not ask for any better.

My roof was completed in one day and my property was meticulously cleaned when they were finished. My mother called us early yesterday morning describing what she called a "roof leak." Gutter Ethics had done a great job installing her new roof so we advised her to go ahead and call them. A crew arrived 30 minutes later (before 7AM) in time to turn off the valve causing water to spew from her water heater's failed expansion tank. Plumbing or roofing, it doesn't matter to these guys when they have a chance to deliver superior customer service. They calmed her down and were able to recommend a plumbing company to fix her problem. The leak was a bad experience, but Gutter Ethics' response was an excellent experience.

The entire end of front porch was rotten. The team replaced the structure and created the custom "ginger bread" out of PVC lumber making it look absolutely perfect!

Gutter Ethics did 2 jobs for me. In the fall, I had a leak in my roof. A few months after the work had been completed, a tree fell on my roof during a storm and I needed repairs.
For the first job, I contacted 5 different contractors and received estimates with ranges of over $2000 difference. I tend to always choose the lowest bid, but in this particular case, I chose the highest bid and am grateful that I did so. None of the other bids included detail - The bid from Gutter Ethics included so much detail, I had to call for explanation and clarification - Mr. Stanley (owner of the business) took the time to go through item by item - including videos and photos so that I could see for myself. Being a sceptic and not knowledgeable about roofing, I still figured that a lot of these repairs might still be unnecessary, so I did ask a friend who knew more than me and he told me I was...

During the rains of this past spring, the roof over our entry way reached the end of its life. Because of my previous good experience with Gutter Ethics, I called them to see if they could help. They sent people out to inspect the leak. As expected, my roof had reached the end of its life, so we made arrangements to do a roof-replacement. They didn't have availability to handle the replacement, at the time, but they sent out a crew to put a weather-seal in place pending the roof replacement. When materials and staffing came available, they came out and did the roof replacement upgrade. As with the last time, they did quick, very detail-oriented work. Unlike when my neighbor replaced his roof, I found no construction-related debris in my yard when things were complete.

Hopefully, the only time I see these guys again is for the yearly warranty-inspection and gutter...
