Great service and customer service was awesome.

It's been a little over a year now since Gutter Ethics replaced the roofs on our house and garage. In addition, they enhanced the look of our garage roof by extending the eaves. We can see the garage when we eat breakfast every morning, and I have to say that we are so pleased with how things turned out. You wouldn't think someone could get so much happiness from such work, but it has made the house and the garage look so much nicer. Gutter Ethics did a great job.

We have been meaning to replace our gutters for years. Gutter Ethics did a great job and has really increased our curb appeal! I had a few issues with communication (not finding emails with service dates and times) but once the job was complete it all looked great. They came back out right away to fix part of the job that was accidentally left incomplete.

I needed to have my roof replaced after discovering there was wind damage as well as raccoon damage. My insurance adjuster suggested getting several quotes, asking friends for referrals as well. Gutter Ethics came highly recommended from a co-worker, as did another company from another co-worker. I contacted both companies, and both were responsive on the phone. But Gutter Ethics was the company that followed through with coming out within a day to access the damage by taking an extensive video. The other company never followed up, and this was a sign to me to go with Justin and his crew. He made sure to have someone come and seal up any openings due to the raccoon and wind damage until the job was scheduled. Justin and his crew were great. They installed a roof for me in Jan 2020. They replaced all plywood which was molded and rotten as well as installed a new attic vent. The crew took detailed pictures and videos showing me before and after views which I truly appreciated. honest Company with reasonable pricing. Gutter ethics beat 3 other companies in price that I received quotes from in the area. I highly recommend gutter ethics.

I initially called Gutter Ethics to have my gutters cleaned and inspect my roof, as I had suspicion of a leak. I knew at the time of purchasing my home the roof had some repairs done to it, but I was surprised by what Gutter Ethics found: missing/broken shingles, exposed nails, and what appeared to be makeshift repairs. I was given two options to address the problem areas: 1) the cost-effective, short-term solution, which was to patch the missing/broken shingles and caulk/seal the exposed nails and 2) the expensive long-term solution, to have the roof completely redone. At no point did I feel any pressure to decide on either option. I simply made my mind on what I wanted, called them and went for the option that best suited my needs.
