I initially called Gutter Ethics to have my gutters cleaned and inspect my roof, as I had suspicion of a leak. I knew at the time of purchasing my home the roof had some repairs done to it, but I was surprised by what Gutter Ethics found: missing/broken shingles, exposed nails, and what appeared to be makeshift repairs. I was given two options to address the problem areas: 1) the cost-effective, short-term solution, which was to patch the missing/broken shingles and caulk/seal the exposed nails and 2) the expensive long-term solution, to have the roof completely redone. At no point did I feel any pressure to decide on either option. I simply made my mind on what I wanted, called them and went for the option that best suited my needs.
