From the very beginning (from the initial call, to getting a quote, to getting the job done), the company stood out from the rest of the companies out there! Ease of communication between the parties, great customer service skills (no pressure), knowledge and professionalism make Gutter Ethics the favorite among the others, in our view!
The 2 men crew arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner! They cleaned the gutters well, and, picked up the falling debris from the gutters, making the areas around the house nice and clean! 😁

When they came, they came several weeks early and got the work done quickly and quietly. The pair of professionals spotted each other on the ladder and took all needed safety precautions. I have no qualms about them working on my house when I'm not there after seeing that.

Gutter Ethics is an awesome company. The owner Justin Stanley really impressed me he was very polite and knows what he is doing. He had our roofs replaced with our insurance company through hail damage and because Justin is so knowledgeable it went very smoothly. We had two roofs replaced on our two homes with Gutter Ethics. Justin showed up before his crew got started to make sure everything went smoothly. The cleanup was amazing when they left you would never know we just had two roofs replaced. I would recommend Gutter Ethics highly to anyone.

Gutter Ethics is a great company. Justin Stanley the owner is very experienced and knows what he is doing. Justin showed up before his team got started to make sure everything was going to run smoothly. They replaced two roofs on two of our homes. When they left the cleanup was so fantastic you would never know we had roofs just replaced. I would recommend this company highly to anyone.

Friendly and efficient service. Replaced the roof and have cleaned the gutters annually. Gutters were cleaned thoroughly and for a reasonable price. Roof and attic fan were installed well and are holding up well. Will use again.

My first step was being online getting educated on roof replacement - A complex task for me. I interviewed different companies and selected Gutter Ethics. Amazing service by Justin, the point person. My homeowner's insurance company informed me that I needed a certified roofing specialist to inspect my roof due to the insurance company's grainy satellite image of my roof that showed possible discoloration or streaking.

Gutter Ethics had two of their roof specialists carefully inspect my roof, and they provided a detailed inspection report verifying that my roof is in excellent condition with at least 15 years of life left. They confirmed that the minor, subtle "streaking" is normal for the age of the roof.

Throughout this process, they were all professional, courteous, punctual, friendly, easy to contact, and a pleasure to work with. The team at Gutter Ethics and the report they provided are of the highest standards and quality, and they are an outstanding company.

It was a pleasure doing business with Gutter Ethics. From the start they were straightforward and they proved to be honest, affordable, reliable, and thorough. I plan to use them in the future for routine gutter cleaning, or replacement if the time comes.

UPDATE - Sept 14 morning, Updating my review and rating from 1 star to 5 stars because of the owner's rapid response and action shortly following my review.
As you can see I got a google reply and a few calls in the early morning to let me know that they are on their way
Arrived between 830AM-9AM, climbed on my roof, cleaned the gutters and blew any leave and dirt that fell off. Service was fast and friendly with Dan. WOW.

Justin, the owner calls me around 10AM to apologize and explain the situation and said the service is on them. like WOW!

All this to say - Justin and his Gutter Ethics team clearly values their customer based on their genuine and expedient effort to rectify the initial dissatisfaction. They emailed me pictures of the before and after including a short video of the job done on the same day! Really happy with that. I really needed...

Very professional team, always responsive and there when you need them.

Thank you to Justin, Joe, and the rest of the team for completing our roof replacement. It took longer than originally planned due to weather and supply issues, but we got there! The roof team came back the next day to clean for nails and debris, doing a great job in ensuring the areas in front and back of the house were safe.
