Justin provided some really helpful expertise/information up front about the choice between a normal gutter system and regular cleaning/maintenance versus a gutter guard-type system. Used the company for gutter cleaning. My granddad always told me if a contractor has open availability, you may want to choose someone else. Well this company is very busy, as they should be. This is a high value company that offers excellent customer service. While it did take a while for them to come out (30 days from agreement to visit), they sent a confirmation that they were coming and arrived as promised. Unfortunately I could not be there for the service, so I can’t attest to the full details of the service. There was a bag in the designated place with debris in it. If I had constructive feedback to provide; I’d say maybe a few follow up emails to let the customer know an estimated timeframe of when the service will be completed.
