GroceriesToGo Aruba

There was confusion with the delivery time but other than that very convenient and the driver extremely courteous.

good experience. convenient. would recommend

Good service! Friendly delivery folks Very nice to have it available in Aruba!

GroceriesToGo Aruba provided great service during our stay! We did have some trouble receiving our grocery order but were able to communicate well with the Groceries to Go team.

Such a time saver! It was so nice having our groceries delivered on our first day of vacation. Saved us a trip to the store and allowed us to get to the beach right away! Everything was just as I ordered and the substitutions they made were all great. The driver even called when he got to our location so I was able to be on the beach until he arrived. We will definitely be making use of this service again on our next trip to Aruba.

groceries to go from start to finish was awesome, easy online ordering, online chat helped me get what i needed. delivered at time i expected!

First-time user. Very convenient service. Delivery was prompt and charge for delivery was reasonable after $10 promotion credit was applied. Order was accurate and any items that were substituted were acceptable. Items not available were refunded, however, I will have to wait for the charge to come through on my credit card to see the final adjusted charge. It would be nice if the website had a way to add and request items that do not display on the website when preparing order (especially common items). Driver was professional, courteous and explained if there were any errors, to please give them a call. Will definitely use this service again.

I love groceries to go Aruba! This is the second time we have used the service. It’s so nice to have everything we need delivered to us when we first get on the island. Excellent selection. Very friendly delivery people who are there to help in anyway needed. Would highly recommend

What a fabulous service they provide!!!!

Very convenient, delivered on time and everything was as ordered. I was very pleased with all items, ordering process and the service.

Great way to get groceries for your stay in Aruba. A little pricey, but very convenient. Customer service was great with communicating through the online ordering process. Would definitely use again.

Always a gray experience! Always on time and correct order.

Wonderful company, so convenient, highly recommend!

Convenient, fast and accommodating! Highly recommend.

So easy and convenient. They were very helpful and gave me exact delivery times when I called the day of delivery. They were out of a few options but they substituted with comparable things. We ordered from them twice during our visit because it was so easy. Will definitely use again.

These folks are top notch. They go above and beyond to get you whatever you need when you need it. Highly recommend!!

they did a fantastic job and were extremely helpful

This was our second time to Aruba and using Groceries to Go. Their delivery was right on time and took into account our flight arrival time. Everything was fresh and made the start of our trip wonderful!

We have used Groceries To Go for the past 4 years and they have always delivered exactly what we asked for. We have been very happy with the service.

We discovered Groceries To Go once arriving in Aruba. It was very easy to order online. Unfortunately I had issues verifying my card information with them due to the inability to receive texts internationally. Their customer service was very professional and communicated to help us get our groceries. I would definitely use them again and order ahead of time before our travels

I have used groceries to go many times hence why they are getting a four star rating and not less. I ordered my food and was within the timeframe that I already arrived at my destination. I kept checking to see if I received a phone call or text and they had t shown up. When I called them they said the driver was behind or might of stopped but I wasn’t there. Anyway long story short by the time they came back all the frozen refrigerated stuff was defrosted and warm and felt unsafe using those items and threw them out. Contact them and let them know that I was u happy and what happened and they without hesitation refunded me for the cost of those items so the lateness and inconvenience is why they received only a four star as opposed to five. Otherwise have never had any problems and it is very convenient and a time saver to use this service And would recommend it!

Used Groceries to go on Aruba, they were there when they said they would be, he even helped bring the groceries up the elevator to our condominium!

Great experience! Visiting Aruba for 8 days and wanted some groceries for the room. Many of our usual groceries available. Easy to use website to place order before traveling. Groceries arrived promptly on arrival! Highly recommend.

Great service while renting an Airbnb in Aruba. Ordered groceries to be at out house just after our arrival. Although they were a little later than the delivery window they made up for it with great service and with properly adjusting our bill for some items that they didn't have. Such a time saver from going to the supermarket upon arrival, really helped to start the trip off right!

Groceries to go was fantastic to deal with. They were on time and very friendly. They also accommodated me for a last minute order for some items that I needed despite the fact that they didn’t have any delivery options available for that day. Would highly recommend.

I have been using this company for many years... easy online ordering and schedule for delivery at my hotel. Calls to tell me when they arrive. Won't use anyone else..
