1) I didn't get all groceries but was charged full amount. Awaiting to see if they will provide me credit (just emailed customer service)
2) When I was placing the order, their website provided me with several hour delivery window. But it said I didn't have to sit in my hotel room and wait for them, because they would notify me when they were close / on the way. So I was literary across the street from my hotel on the beach, and awaiting to hear from them. Never got any notifications (no emails, no texts, nothing). When I came back to hotel very late afternoon I found the groceries in my room. Not sure how that magic happened, and my problem is not as much with them gaining access to my room without me being there (though it's a bit weird), but rather I had multiple items such as eggs, meats, cheeses, etc. which were supposed to go in the fridge right away and didn't.
