We discovered Groceries To Go once arriving in Aruba. It was very easy to order online. Unfortunately I had issues verifying my card information with them due to the inability to receive texts internationally. I have used groceries to go many times hence why they are getting a four star rating and not less. I ordered my food and was within the timeframe that I already arrived at my destination. I kept checking to see if I received a phone call or text and they had t shown up. When I called them they said the driver was behind or might of stopped but I wasn’t there. Anyway long story short by the time they came back all the frozen refrigerated stuff was defrosted and warm and felt unsafe using those items and threw them out. Contact them and let them know that I was u happy and what happened and they without hesitation refunded me for the cost of those items so the lateness and inconvenience is why they received only a four star as opposed to five. Great service while renting an Airbnb in Aruba. Ordered groceries to be at out house just after our arrival. Although they were a little later than the delivery window they made up for it with great service and with properly adjusting our bill for some items that they didn't have.
