Bob Stewart and Good Neighbor Fence were awesome! We had them install a 4 rail horizontal vinyl fence with attached galvanized wire on nearly an acre. It looks fantastic! Competitive pricing. Bob came to the estimate prepared with examples of fencing types and a (very close) rough estimate. His process was transparent and honest and he was incredibly easy to work with. The crew were great guys; efficient, courteous, tidy and professional. Super pleased! Would recommend and hire again.

I called 5 fencing companies in the Richmond area and only two called me back. Bob with Good Neighbor Fence scheduled a convenient time to stop by my house to discuss the project. I appreciated Bob's no-pressure approach when providing his quote. I was so impressed with his knowledge of fencing construction and willingness to work within my HOA's fencing guidelines that I didn't even bother inviting the other fencing company out to my house. Within two weeks of signing the contract, Bob's team installed our 6' privacy fence in only 1.5 days. They used top quality fencing materials and it shows. To summarize, from start to finish it was a great experience! I highly recommend Good Neighbor Fence!

I am generally happy with our fence, but had some bumps along the way. It still doesn't latch properly because the doors don't match up very well. The fence looks good and Bob is very nice to work with.

Everything went great. We didn't have any idea who to hire for a fence, so I reached out to 8 different companies for quotes. Four got back to me with quotes. Good Neighbor fence was the 2nd least expensive (only a bit more than the cheapest), and the cheapest option got pretty shaky customer reviews, while all the reviews for Good Neighbor were glowing. Our experience was great. Bob was professional and easy to reach, and the crew he sent did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Good Neighbor Fence and Bob Stewart. The fence installation was very professional and the main guys who came out to install, Maurice and Eric, were excellent and provided quality service. They treated the fence and our property as if it was their own and worked diligently to ensure that all of our questions were answered. They also put in extra time to ensure the fence was completed in two days. We thoroughly researched fence companies before choosing Good Neighbor and we highly recommend them to others!

I checked all over town & this company had the best price to build a fence for my horses and a separate section for my dogs. I was so impressed with their punctuality, they consistently arrived on time each morning ready to go. They worked late into the evening as well to get the fence up quickly and under their estimated time frame!!! I was also extremely impressed with their professionalism, honesty and politeness!! Couldn't ask for a better experience. From the appointment for the quote to the installation process, and the end result. TOP NOTCH! A teensy bit more expensive than another company that came out to provide a quote, but my gut feeling told me I would be much happier with Good Neighbor and I was right. The installation crew was concerned about every detail and caught a production error from the manufacturer for the top rail that I probably wouldn't have noticed without them pointing it out and they made sure to get replacements in right away.
