Couldn't ask for a better experience. From the appointment for the quote to the installation process, and the end result. TOP NOTCH! A teensy bit more expensive than another company that came out to provide a quote, but my gut feeling told me I would be much happier with Good Neighbor and I was right. The installation crew was concerned about every detail and caught a production error from the manufacturer for the top rail that I probably wouldn't have noticed without them pointing it out and they made sure to get replacements in right away.
