Goddard is so much more than just a day care to us. When I was rear ended on the way home from picking up my daughter from school, one of the directors, Julie, happened to be a few cars back. She stayed with my daughter in the pouring down rain for over an hour while we sorted through the accident. I could give many more examples for how great the school is, but I think this one gives a perfect testament of the type of people running this school. We love Goddard!

Fantastic educators and friendly staff. Miss Kaitlynn, Miss Dalaney, Miss Keanna, and Miss Joey are top-notch educators and are great with the kids. Our child grew and learned so much with their support and love. Would recommend this location to all considering it. The value of the school, the staff, and the educators is well-worth it.

We have had a wonderful experience with both of our kids at Goddard. It is clear each of their staff members care about the well being, development and education of their students.

From the very beginning, the staff has consistently gone above and beyond for our daughter and our family. If we have one complaint, it's that there isn't a Goddard School closer to our home. The round-trip drive is approximately 90 minutes each day, and traffic can make it even longer during rush hour. In fact, the commute is the primary reason we have to pick our daughter up between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m. each afternoon.

Despite the drive, we have never seriously considered changing schools. In fact, we have discussed moving for work opportunities and ultimately decided against it because our daughter is so well-established at The Goddard School. The friendships she has built and the relationships she has developed with her teachers are simply too valuable to leave behind.

My family and I love this school. We had to switch my daughter from a previous school because it lacked the care that she needed as an infant. We searched all over and found this school. Our initial interview was with Britney. Everything went amazing. She was open with us, shared what went on with the school, etc. we were so excited to start this journey. Ever since we’ve been at The Goddard School, it’s been so life changing for us. Autumn loves her teachers and especially loves the directors office. The staff are so kind towards her. We love the interactions that we have with the staff. They are super friendly and easy to talk too. If you have an issue, they will surely fix it immediately. They respond to you within minutes on the app. Overall, we love this school and will not go anywhere else.

We would highly recommend The Goddard School of York to any friend or family member! Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The teachers at Goddard, York PA genuinely love what they do. It shows in the way they greet the children, the patience they extend, and the joy they bring into the classroom each day. Our daughter absolutely adores her teachers, Ms. Caitlin, Ms. Dee and Ms. Lis and it gives us such peace knowing she is surrounded by people who truly care for her.

The environment itself is safe, nurturing, and thoughtfully structured so children can grow with confidence. We’ve seen firsthand how much intentionality goes into creating a space where kids feel secure, supported, and excited to learn.

My son has been going here for years. ALL of the teachers are wonderful but he has built a special connection with Miss Britney. The education he has received at the Goddard school far exceeds many normal daycares. The only “negative” thing I can say, is I wish he could continue to go there but he has reached the age limit but we will be back for visits with all his amazing teachers!

We relocated to the area around the time our son turned 10 months old. The staff has welcomed him with open arms, making the transition so smooth and easy for all of us. They feel like family to us and provide him with an excellent early education! So happy we chose Goddard after many tours of other daycares. Communication to parents is excellent and safety is highest priority to them which is great for our peace of mind. His day is full of activities and he enjoys walking in the doors every morning!

Great place for kids , great staff team . Everyone is welcoming with energy , smile on their face. They are so helpful to kids as well as to parents to answer all the questions & information. I have used other day cares at different states in past and before finding this day care I also visited other local daycare facilities to do overall my own assessment & I can definitely recommend this place for all the kids. I loved this school building design it is full of lights and windows, clean inside, covered fenced playground, it is amazing place. Our kid learned great from teachers and always enjoyed going to school . We will miss this place and we are so thankful that we found this amazing people over there.

We love our Goddard family! My daughter has been attending the Goddard school for a year now and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a true gift to know your child is in the absolute best care. The directors and teachers are all amazing and really try to develop meaningful relationships with all their families. Aside from the incredible care they provide, the curriculum and grounds are top tier and provide and active and educational daily routine.

Everyone is very nice and welcoming - I truly appreciate all the staff as each one seems to know my daughter’s name. It shows how intentional they are in getting to know the children and the care they have, which in turn is helping with the development. Very happy so far with our experience.

The Goddard School of York was amazing to me and my baby. I was so hesitant to start my 3-month-old at daycare so young, but the teachers and staff were tremendous. We had to leave the school due to having to move out of state, however it broke my heart to take my baby out of care here. I felt safe, comforted and at ease every single day when dropping him off in the infant classroom. Those teachers are wonderful, and are truly doing God’s work! We miss The Goddard School of York every day, but I will forever cherish the family-like atmosphere and the extraordinary care they provided my baby on a daily basis ❤️ 5/5 recommend without a doubt!!

I love the Goddard School because the staff/teachers are professional, helpful, and they make you feel like family.

We absolutely love the Goddard School of York. We recently moved across the country which was a huge change for our 5 year old. We were nervous for his transition, but he came home loving his new teachers and school from day 1. In the few months he’s been there, we’ve been shocked at how much he’s learned. Their curriculum is more advanced than his last preschool, but the way they approach learning was easier for my son to grasp. He used to get frustrated at his last school and feel like he was stupid, but Goddard has made him feel very competent. He has so much fun going to school. They are very organized with providing information to the family. The entire staff is amazing too.

We absolutely love the Goddard School in York! All three of our children have attended — our 8-year-old, 6-year-old, and our youngest who is currently 23 months. The teachers are wonderful — they genuinely care, are open to feedback, and consistently communicate with parents about our child’s progress and any changes in plans. We truly feel like part of a community. I highly recommend the Goddard School — they’ve become like family to us.
