The Goddard School

Goddard Ladera Ranch stood out from the moment I toured schools in the area - clean facility, properly staffed ratios, tech-enabled, no violations, caring and trustworthy teachers, etc. The office staff is very responsible whenever I have questions as well. I love the monthly calendar with fun events for my child. Location was big for me also - very private and secure. I recommend it to my network all the time, and to those parents reading these reviews.

More than a school, and more than daycare. The teachers and staff at Goddard Ladera are truly angels among us. They go above and beyond to teach, love and nurture the little ones. I don’t know how, but they seem to know each and very student personally, and find ways to engage all of them in ways they need as individuals. This school has far exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful for them.

We love the Goddard school. The teachers and staff always demonstrate how much they care for the students each day. The daily activities are centered around art and expression. Each day they challenge the kids to try something new.

We’re really happy with our daughter’s experience at this preschool! There are so many fun and engaging activities for the kids, and the teacher is so kind and caring. It’s been a great environment for her to learn and grow.

We have had a great experience at goddard ladera- I appreciate the daily pictures on the app and the report on what has been taught that day along with ideas to keep talking about with our kids. There is never ending fun creative themes and daily activities. All the staff are great and they know our kids by name even if they are not in their actual class.

They’ve gone above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where our child feels seen, supported, and excited to learn every single day.

The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, striking the perfect balance between structured learning and purposeful play. We’ve been amazed at the growth we’ve seen in both academic and social-emotional development and our child has blossomed in ways we never expected at this age. Whether it’s early literacy, STEM activities, creative arts, or building friendships, the learning is both meaningful and fun.

Such a great school! All 3 of my kids have gone or go here and we absolutely love it. So many amazing teachers and everyone in the front office is welcoming. We are luckily to have such caring people to take care of our children.

Our son has been there since he was 2 years old, 3 years later he is ending his amazing tenure on his way to Kindergarten. Goddard has helped him excel, the teachers are amazing and have been a huge positive influence on his journey so far! Thank you all so much for being part of our family for the last 3 years. Both of my children have gone to school here, starting as infants. The teachers are spectacular and truly care about your kids. My kids have gotten an excellent education- they were well prepared for Kindergarten and came in ahead of many of their peers.

We love Goddard, both our sons have attended this school and the energy and love each staff member puts into the class, curriculum, STEM program, introduction of art and music and even kids' entertainment, is beyond exceptional. We truly love and recommend Goddard to all parents, specially if this is their first introduction to schooling for their child :)

Goddard is a wonderful school both of my children have attended and we are so happy we selected them as our preschool to start with. Their programs and education are amazing. The staff is wonderful. All three of my kids have attended Goddard in Ladera Ranch from 2018 to current. The owners, Administrators and especially the teachers have been outstanding. Most importantly, my children have all loved their time there and really bonded with their teachers, which as a parent makes me very happy to see. As for readiness for Kindergarten, all three of my kids were prepared and ready for kindergarten after attending Goddard in Ladera Ranch and really thrived their first year at Elementary school. I cannot say enough kind and positive words about Goddard. If you are considering this school I highly recommend it.

Both of my kids had great experiences at Goddard. The enivonment was safe, teachers were great, and the front office staff were so helpful.

My daughter went for TK and we loved all the staff and teachers at this school. Once you do the tour, there’s no way you wouldn’t want your child to go here. From all the safety measures that are implemented, to the security, the privacy, the inclusiveness, the adorable way they decorate for ALL holidays…. it was honestly the best decision. My daughter has graduated and moved on- but still requests visits to go squeeze her teachers and the staff. <3

We have loved sending our daughters to Goddard in Ladera. My older daughter went here, my middle daughter is currently there and I have a baby that will attend in a couple years as well. I love the photos I receive throughout the day. I love that they teach them chess. My daughters have really grown with the weekly share days, working on talking infront of people. This school has been amazing and I know my daughters are more than prepared when they enter kindergarten.

We were in the car yesterday when my 4 year old looked down at the beginning of a Bluey episode pointed to the screen and said, "Ddddd-aaaa-dddd is dad." This isn't a brag about my kiddo, it's a brag about Goddard of Ladera Ranch: never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would witness kiddo writing their name correctly and neatly, and putting letter sounds together this early.

My first kiddo went to daycare in Mission Viejo before the pandemic and we had a very different experience than Goddard. In the other daycare, parents couldn't keep up with the teacher turnover and were frustrated by inexperienced administration. There were a few licensing issues which is never a good sign.

Second kiddo has attended Goddard of Ladera Ranch since July 2021 and has made wonderful friends and learned from dedicated teachers. Kiddo is in the final class...

We've really enjoyed our experience at Goddard. The teachers are all loving and sweet. You can tell they love their kiddos. For young minds, they are constantly learning, doing activities, and getting energy out at a few different outside playtimes per day. I'd recommend Goddard for sure!

Have had a great experience with their infant program. Teachers and staff are great at communicating and really care. Reasonable and responsible sick policy. Curriculum and social development are going well. Also appreciate the fun themed days and holidays.
