I received a call asking if I would consider selling my house. I've received a few calls like this before, and all of them lowballed their offers, so that's what I was expecting. Instead, I received a fair offer which I accepted, I had no fees or closing costs, and closing was surprisingly easy. I'm out-of-state, so a Notary was sent to my house, we signed everything and the Notary sent it off for me. The whole process was about as hands off as selling a house could ever be, and it's a huge weight off my shoulders that I no longer have to worry about fixing that house up and renting it out.

Had nothing but great experiences with them. We were able to sell and close our house all within 3 weeks. The process was simple and made easy. I sold them my home wile being stationed in AK. Even with a 4 hour time difference everything went smoothly.

Very easy to work with. Got close to my asking price so I can’t complain. I would have given them 5 stars but didn’t always know who was sending me the texts. Plus I asked for a heads up before visitors came down to look at the property. That seemed to be a 50% probability as I was able to see activity from my primary residence and neighbor reports. Kim was very helpful. Answered my questions by phone call. I appreciated having Kim there at closing. Todd needs to work on his communication skills.
