Instead, I received a fair offer which I accepted, I had no fees or closing costs, and closing was surprisingly easy. Very easy to work with. Got close to my asking price so I can’t complain. I would have given them 5 stars but didn’t always know who was sending me the texts. Plus I asked for a heads up before visitors came down to look at the property. That seemed to be a 50% probability as I was able to see activity from my primary residence and neighbor reports.
